Connecting Communities Through Amateur Radio

The Calexico Amateur Radio Society (CARS) is a community of amateur radio enthusiasts dedicated to promoting the art, science, and enjoyment of amateur radio communications in Calexico, California, and the surrounding Imperial Valley and Mexicali border region.

Our society brings together licensed amateur radio operators, newcomers, and individuals interested in exploring the fascinating world of radio communications. We believe amateur radio is more than a hobby—it is an opportunity to learn, experiment, build friendships, and serve our communities.
